| 注意事項 | 1. When the application is finalized This application will be considered complete when we receive your application via telephone, our website, or other means. 2. Cancellation fee If you cancel your subscription after applying due to your own reasons, you will be charged the cancellation fee specified below. (1) From the application date until 3 weeks before the start date: Free (2) From 20 days before the start date to 4 days before the start date: 20,000 yen (3) From 3 days before the start date to the day of the start date: 30,000 yen If you have already paid the fee, we will refund the remaining balance after deducting the cancellation fee and bank transfer fee from the tuition fee. 3. Settlement of fees in case of withdrawal (transfer of school) If you withdraw from the school (or transfer to another school) after enrollment due to personal reasons, we will refund you the amount minus the actual costs incurred up to that day and any cancellation fees, based on our company's calculation method. However, depending on the progress of your training, we may not be able to refund you, or we may charge you an additional fee. In addition, transportation costs will be your responsibility. 4. Right of the driving school to terminate operations and disclaimers In the event that safe and smooth training becomes impossible due to natural disasters, labor disputes, the enactment or amendment of laws and regulations, or other unavoidable circumstances, we may terminate your enrollment contract or change the content of your training. Furthermore, the driving school will not be held liable for any damages incurred by the customer due to the reasons mentioned above or the examples listed below. (1) Damages related to an accident that occurred during training due to the customer's negligence or the negligence of the other party. (2) Accidents during free time. (3) Theft, illness. (4) Any other damages caused by reasons not related to the driving school. 5. Customer's obligations and responsibilities If any of the following conditions apply to you during the period from enrollment to graduation, you may be asked to leave the dormitory or the school. In the event of expulsion, you will be responsible for round-trip transportation costs, and tuition fees will not be refunded. (1) Failure to comply with the driving school rules, dormitory usage regulations, and instructions from driving school staff. (2) If you take a driving lesson or test by engaging in fraudulent conduct, or if you engage in conduct that violates laws or public order and morals. (3) If the customer's actions may cause damage to the driving school, other students, or local residents. (4) If smoking or drinking by a minor is discovered. 6. Others You must abide by the rules and agreements of the driving school you enroll in. • The entire course will be considered complete upon passing the graduation examination. ・Driving course schedules and fees may change due to legal revisions or other reasons. ・Transportation plans may change due to weather, schedule revisions, etc. Please be punctual, as missing the designated transportation may affect your training schedule. - As a general rule, no driving lessons will be held during the New Year's holiday period (December 30th to January 5th). You will be required to return home temporarily during this time, but you will be responsible for the cost of transportation during that period. If you are forced to transfer schools or cancel your lessons midway through, we will refund you the amount minus the actual expenses incurred at the new driving school and administrative fees. However, refunds may not be possible even if you cancel within the stipulated lesson time. Also, transportation costs will be borne by the customer. If you fail to attend lessons or examinations due to your own negligence or circumstances (including illness, injury, or lateness), or if you intentionally fail the examination, these will not be covered by the guarantee, and you will be charged separately. Please understand this in advance. If you need to return home temporarily due to an emergency, please arrange your subsequent schedule with the school before returning home. In this case, you will be responsible for the round-trip transportation costs. - No refunds will be given for any difference in tuition fees even if the course is shortened due to a manual transmission (MT) to automatic transmission (AT) conversion after enrollment. If your graduation date is exceeded, you may be required to change your accommodation. Please note that individuals with tattoos will not be permitted to enroll. If you fail the provisional driver's license written test three times, you will need to return home, pass the written test at your local driver's license center, and then resume your intensive driving course. (All expenses, including transportation costs, will be at your own expense.) |
